About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Three. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in the development and delivery of the store business targets, in line with the strategic priorities for the area.
  • Ensure the store delivers a great customer experience through leading, engaging and inspiring a store team.
  • Coach and develop your team to achieve high performance and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide day-to-day operational assistance to the Store Manager, including supporting with sales, customer service, and store operations.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of delivering sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service principles, with a strong understanding of the retail industry.
