Internal Sales Coordinator

Atkore International Group is seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer orders and manage inventory levels using computerized systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support.
- Conduct outbound telephone campaigns to promote sales and engage with customers.
- Support the sales team with information and data analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- GCSE level or equivalent.
- Intermediate level or above in Word and Excel.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Infor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
