We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at DX Network Services Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers, developing and implementing market sector sales plans, and contributing to innovative pipeline solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Work with the General Manager and Regional Sales Manager to implement sales strategies and business plans for the area, making best use of C&D fleet capacity to collect from prospect customers.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets in line with DX growth across all services.
  • Manage Customer Prospects: Define and manage customer prospects to maximise sales growth.
  • Deliver Tender Responses: Work with the DX Bid Management Team to deliver effective tender responses to specific customer opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate strong knowledge of the DX Group product portfolio and all associated features and benefits, and tailor those benefits to the needs of the customer.
  • Business Forecasts: Submit accurate and timely business forecasts and chair regular sales meetings.
  • Sales Tools: Use the sales tools in line with the agreed sales process to maintain and develop sales pipeline and customer information.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Logistics/Parcels/Freight experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen and sales skills
  • Knowledge of the parcel and freight industry
