About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Lead to join our team at Page Executive. As a key member of our Reward team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing an effective executive reward strategy that attracts, retains, and engages top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Head of Reward to design and implement an executive reward strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  2. Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, as well as best practices for executive compensation in the financial services sector.
  3. Plan and deliver the annual reward cycle for the executive population, including performance-based incentives and equity awards.
  4. Lead the preparation of accurate and timely regulatory reporting submissions for the company.
  5. Partner with the Reward team to address governance and risk matters related to the executive team.
  6. Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and vendors, ensuring alignment with the company's supplier relationship management standards.
  7. Drive transformation and change initiatives, leveraging innovation to create a high-performing and sustainable business.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of HR disciplines, including executive recruitment, organisational effectiveness, resourcing, talent, and inclusion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and other key stakeholders.
