About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager / Global Rewards Specialist to join our team at ClickJobs. As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective compensation strategies that drive business results and support our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain competitive compensation programs that align with our company's business objectives and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions and ensure fairness and equity.
  • Design and implement job evaluation and job pricing processes to ensure accurate and consistent compensation practices.
  • Partner with vendors to manage reward programs and ensure seamless execution.
  • Communicate effectively with employees and management to ensure transparency and understanding of compensation packages.
  • Support the development of learning and development programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of HR colleagues and people managers.
Requirements
  • 10-20 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on global rewards.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective compensation strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working with both executive and non-executive employees, as well as lower-paid and blue-collar workers.
