Compensation and Benefits Manager, Hospitality Sector
COREcruitment Ltd is in search of a dynamic Compensation and Benefits Manager who possesses a strong emphasis on employee engagement to become a vital part of our outstanding Human Resources Team. This role will report directly to the HR Director and will primarily focus on the precise management and execution of payroll processes, alongside various HR functions.
This is a key role that requires extensive interaction across all departments, making exceptional communication skills and a supportive attitude crucial. In return, we offer a competitive remuneration package, a viable bonus structure, and a range of additional perks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Validate bi-weekly payroll data and authorize payroll execution.
- Manage advances, retroactive payments, deductions, and salary sacrifice arrangements.
- Ensure precise tracking and administration of leave and absences.
- Supervise pension contributions and facilitate pension disbursements.
- Complete statistical surveys for national reporting on a monthly and annual basis.
- Administer the payroll management system.
- Provide support regarding payroll inquiries and system guidance.
- Ensure accurate production of payroll documentation such as P60s and P45s.
- Calculate and submit necessary tax forms.
- Adhere to National Minimum Wage regulations.
- Maintain records to meet compliance standards for audits and governmental regulations.
- Process legal orders and execute corresponding deductions.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a Compensation and Benefits Manager role is required.
- Thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures related to payroll management.
- Familiarity with payroll software, particularly in the hospitality industry, is beneficial.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet applications is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the capability to meet stringent deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
