As a Compensation and Benefits Coordinator, you will be instrumental in facilitating our client's payroll operations and ensuring precise and timely payroll management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently managing payroll administration tasks.
  • Addressing basic payroll inquiries and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Utilizing various payroll systems to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Keeping abreast of PAYE, tax codes, and maternity pay regulations.
  • Collaborating with the payroll team to ensure smooth payroll operations across the EMEA region.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or payroll capacity.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and software.
  • Knowledge of PAYE, tax codes, and maternity pay regulations.
