Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement competitive compensation frameworks and employee recognition initiatives, including base salary, bonuses, and incentives that reflect Aramark's culture and values
  • Evaluate job grading and assessment systems to ensure they are effective, transparent, and fair
  • Oversee accurate job evaluations in accordance with employee terms and conditions, serving as the point of contact for evaluation inquiries
  • Contribute to the research and development of new and existing compensation policies and programs
  • Monitor changes in employment legislation and government policies that impact compensation and benefits, ensuring timely compliance
  • Lead pay review processes, including benchmarking and salary data analysis, while engaging with relevant stakeholders
  • Manage annual salary reviews and incentive programs
  • Support ongoing compensation activities, including market benchmarking and data management
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation and benefits policies to stakeholders at all levels
  • Review and develop compensation policies and procedures to ensure robust governance
  • Assist in the compilation of pay gap reports and equal pay audits
  • Plan and execute the annual compensation and benefits program, actively promoting Aramark's offerings
