Executive Compensation Specialist

Page Executive is a leading provider of executive search and recruitment services. Our client is a well-established financial services firm with a strong presence in the UK market.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Lead to join our client's Reward team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of an effective executive reward strategy, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an executive reward strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
- Ensure all executive reward design and processes comply with regulatory requirements
- Plan and deliver the annual reward cycle for the executive population
- Lead the delivery of accurate and timely regulatory reporting submissions
- Partner with the Reward team to ensure effective governance and risk management
- Manage third-party suppliers in line with the company's supplier relationship management standards
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of HR disciplines, including executive recruitment, organisational effectiveness, and talent management
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience of working in a financial services firm, preferably in a Reward or Compensation role
