About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Lead to join our team at Page Executive. As a key member of our Reward function, you will play a critical role in shaping our executive compensation strategy and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an effective executive reward strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Reward to design and deliver the annual reward cycle for the executive population.
  • Ensure all executive reward design and processes comply with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with the broader Reward team to provide governance and risk support for the Executive Team.
  • Manage third-party suppliers and drive transformation and change activity within the business.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of HR disciplines, including executive recruitment, organisational effectiveness, resourcing, talent, and inclusion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
