Job Summary:

Huntress is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and documentation related to health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform regular office checks and updates to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Schedule periodic office services inspections and coordinate with contractors as needed
  • Manage office equipment and supplies, including ordering and inventory control
  • Support with documentation and administration for EU offices
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities management team as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
