This is a full-time, permanent position that will ideally be based out of our Shared Service Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement competitive compensation frameworks and employee recognition initiatives, including base salary, bonuses, and incentives that reflect Aramark's culture and values
  • Evaluate job grading and assessment systems to ensure they are effective, transparent, and fair
  • Ensure accurate job evaluations are conducted in accordance with employee terms and conditions, serving as the point of contact for evaluation inquiries
  • Contribute to the research and development of new and existing compensation-related policies and programs
  • Monitor employment legislation and government policy changes that impact compensation and benefits, ensuring timely compliance
  • Lead pay review processes, including benchmarking, research, and stakeholder engagement
  • Oversee annual salary reviews and bonus incentive programs
  • Support ongoing compensation activities, including benchmarking and managing market data to maintain competitive compensation packages
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation and benefits policies to stakeholders at all levels
  • Review and develop compensation policies and procedures to ensure robust governance
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting for pay gap assessments and equal pay audits
  • Plan and execute the annual compensation and benefits program, actively promoting Aramark's offerings
