Job Description
The Executive Compensation Lead will be responsible for:
- Developing and Implementing Executive Reward Strategy
Reporting into the Head of Reward, the successful candidate will develop and implement an effective executive reward strategy to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
Ensuring Compliance with Regulatory RequirementsThe Executive Compensation Lead will ensure that all executive reward design and processes comply with legislative and regulatory requirements for a Tier 1 financial services organization.
Planning and Delivering the Annual Reward CycleResponsible for planning and delivering the annual reward cycle for the executive population, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Leading Regulatory ReportingThe successful candidate will lead the delivery of accurate and timely regulatory reporting submissions for the organization.
Partnering with the Reward TeamCollaborating with the broader Reward team to ensure governance and risk matters for the Executive Team are effectively managed.
Managing Third-Party SuppliersResponsible for managing all third-party suppliers in line with the organization's supplier relationship management standards.
Driving Transformation and ChangeThe Executive Compensation Lead will drive transformation and change activity, harnessing innovation to create a high-performing and sustainable business.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with a strong understanding of HR disciplines, including executive recruitment, organizational effectiveness, resourcing, talent, and inclusion. They will possess excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
