About the Role

As a Senior Compensation Analyst at Senior Spirit of Roselle Park, you will play a crucial role in creating, analyzing, and managing reward and MI data. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the delivery of the annual pay and bonus review processes, as well as providing support for divisional pay analysis, levelling, and benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the annual salary and bonus review processes, performing tasks under guidance, including reviewing pay position data and market data analysis, as well as other reward analysis and reporting as required.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of the local market environment and trends that may impact talent acquisition and retention.
  • Address HRBP and management inquiries regarding policy, process, and pay range information, providing necessary guidance and seeking team support when necessary.
  • Support team ad-hoc and project work, including contributing to cross-divisional reward initiatives and integration projects, as necessary.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, enabling you to effectively analyze and manage reward and MI data.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring world-class results in all reward-related processes and analyses.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills, enabling you to successfully determine trends and insights from reward and MI data. Previous experience providing data management and analytics support within an HR function would be beneficial.
  • Experience effectively communicating policies and processes to employees and other team members within the organization, including through written and verbal communications, as well as the creation of workflow documentation, charts, infographics, etc.
