About the Role

Ardent Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Management Surveyor to join our Compensation team. As a leading land advisor for Development Consent Orders (DCOs), we are looking for a professional who can provide expert advice on compulsory purchase and compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the provision of CPO advice to clients on complex projects
  • Prepare property cost estimates and negotiate claims
  • Support expert witnesses at examination and tribunal
  • Manage the financial aspect of projects and report to the Director
  • Contribute to team meetings and business development
  • Develop professional and commercial awareness
Requirements
  • Experience working on projects involving compulsory acquisition of land
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Good commercial acumen and project management experience
