Global Sales Executive

Position Overview
Veblen International is a pioneering beauty enterprise dedicated to transforming hair care through its unique bond-building technology. With a comprehensive approach that encompasses Professional, Specialty Retail, and Direct-to-Consumer channels, we are expanding our reach in the global market. We are in search of a Senior Vice President of International Sales to lead our worldwide commercialization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
As the SVP of International Sales, you will:
- Financial Oversight: Manage global sales revenue and profitability, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.
- Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team culture through recruitment, development, and training.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to devise and implement a strategic roadmap for international sales.
Experience Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in P&L management.
- A proven track record in sales and marketing with a history of achieving sales objectives.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and financial analysis.
- Exceptional leadership skills to cultivate a cohesive team environment.
- Innovative problem-solving abilities and strategic planning expertise.
