We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled VP of Global Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, develop, and enable a team of experienced enterprise sales executives
  • Build and optimize the Enterprise Sales organization to become best-in-class
  • Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to target, sign, and implement key customers
  • Participate in industry events to drive leads and customer acquisition
  • Engage with executive-level customers to modernize and simplify their payroll and global workforce needs
  • Meet and exceed sales goals

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant B2B Sales leadership experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM), payroll, fintech, or payments industries
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling sales organizations in high-growth environments
  • Consistent track record of managing high-performing Sales teams that meet/exceed sales targets
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements across the sales life cycle and drive efficiencies with sales tools
  • Experience building B2B Go-To-Market sales strategies across key industry verticals and customer segments
  • A servant leader with a commitment to hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
