Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Accounts Executive to join our team and help us build and expand relationships with our most strategically important large customers. As a Strategic Accounts Executive, you will manage and grow a portfolio of high-value Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) and School Groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Retain and grow revenue within your set of Strategic Accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain a network of complex commercial relationships with key stakeholders across your Accounts.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute tailored strategic plans for each account to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Sales Execution: Achieve ambitious revenue targets by managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and forecasting within the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within software solutions, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to demonstrate and sell a range of software solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of the relationship between revenue, cost, and profitability.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, able to develop and execute tailored strategies for each account.
  • A passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
