We are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join our dynamic team. You will be the welcoming face for all visitors, ensuring the reception operates smoothly with a focus on enhancing the client experience. Exceptional customer service is paramount in this position. The Client Services team is responsible for managing client inquiries, appointments, and bookings with meticulous attention to detail and a customer-centric approach. You will assist with inquiries related to various health services, ensuring a professional first impression is always maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure effective processing of all client inquiries through our booking systems. Collaborate with team members to exceed customer service expectations. Play a vital role in the 'Customer Journey', continually seeking improvements. Manage diaries and client appointments across all clinic departments. Exhibit strong communication skills with clients and colleagues in person, over the phone, and through written correspondence. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times. Work closely with all departments to ensure consistent and professional service delivery. Facilitate the referral process for clients. Complete monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills/Experience:

Experience in a customer service-oriented environment. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Friendly and adaptable, with a commitment to enhancing customer experiences. A collaborative team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Exceptional attention to detail is essential. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A flexible and proactive attitude. Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
