About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Services Administrator to join our team at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from patients and provide clear and concise information regarding appointments, procedures, and hospital services.
- Assist patients with booking and amending community blood tests and hospital appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update systems promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with medical and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
