Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Patient Account Administrator to join our team at The London Clinic. As a key member of our Billing and Accounts Receivable team, you will play a crucial role in managing a range of duties related to billing and ensuring timely and accurate payment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate and finalize billing from an Unbilled daily report, focusing on Main Insurers and Self Pay.
  • Assist in covering the Billing team mailbox and actioning appropriate responses.
  • Liaise with clinical departments to ensure all queries are resolved and billing can be completed on a timely basis.
  • Complete Patient invoicing via EDI or manual systems.
  • Respond to internal and external queries via telephone.
Requirements
  • Experience in the healthcare sector or medical insurance is desirable.
  • Advanced Excel skills and general IT skills.
  • Strong Customer Service skills.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Ability to manage large volume workloads.
  • Great telephone etiquette.
