Job Opportunity: Patient Account Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Account Administrator to join our team at The London Clinic. As a key member of our Billing and Accounts Receivable team, you will be responsible for managing a range of duties related to billing, including validating and finalizing billing from an Unbilled daily report, assisting in covering the Billing team mailbox, and liaising with clinical departments to ensure all queries are resolved and billing can be completed on a timely basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate and finalize billing from an Unbilled daily report, focusing on Main Insurers and Self Pay.
  • Assist in covering the Billing team mailbox and actioning appropriate responses.
  • Liaise with clinical departments to ensure all queries are resolved and billing can be completed on a timely basis.
  • Complete Patient invoicing via EDI or manual systems.
  • Respond to internal and external queries via telephone.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the healthcare sector or medical insurance is desirable.
  • Advanced Excel skills and general IT skills.
  • Strong Customer Service skills.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Ability to manage large volume workloads.
  • Great telephone etiquette.
