**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Administrator to join our team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment, providing administrative support to our clinical teams.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling patient queries and referrals, liaising with consultants and other departments, and supporting the smooth running of clinics and procedure lists. They will also be required to maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service to patients and their relatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle patient queries and referrals in a sensitive and confidential manner.
  • Liaise with consultants and other departments to ensure efficient communication and timely completion of tasks.
  • Support the Team Leader and practitioners with the smooth running of clinics and procedure lists.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and their relatives, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrable literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Broad general experience of working with imaging IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, relatives, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
