This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.

As a Ward Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to clinical staff, including updating patient records and preparing reports
  • Communicating with patients and their families, responding to queries and concerns in a sensitive and empathetic manner
  • Coordinating patient discharge and transfer processes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing delays
  • Assisting with daily ward rounds, attending meetings and taking minutes as required
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to data protection and confidentiality guidelines
