Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative tasks to support patient attendances and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Manage waiting lists and admission data using Trust IT systems.
  • Verify and update patient demographics to meet recognized data quality standards.
  • Identify patients' needs and provide tailored support.
  • Maintain adherence to Trust and National RTT waiting list targets and Patient Access policy.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in hospital administration.
  • NVQ3 or equivalent qualification.
