Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Secretary to join our team at Princess Royal University Hospital. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Main Duties
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data input, patient referrals, and other tasks as required.
  2. Communication Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and other stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
  3. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner, using initiative and good judgment.
Person Specification
  • Experience and Knowledge: Previous experience within a healthcare setting, preferably in an NHS or private hospital environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong administration abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
Working Conditions

The working hours for this role are standard, with occasional overtime as required. The salary for this role is approximately £29,500 per annum, plus benefits.
