Healthcare Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic administrator to join our busy Clinical Measurements Department at Princess Royal University Hospital.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide effective administrative support within the Clinical Measurement team, interacting with patients directly and via phone calls.
- Ensure accurate and timely data input into the EPIC hospital IT system.
- Organize daily office tasks, including checking voicemails, emails, and reports, as well as ordering stationery and photocopying as necessary.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is essential.
- Familiarity with Diagnostic/18-week RTT pathway is required.
- Knowledge of the EPIC system is necessary for this role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Strong administration abilities to prioritize workload effectively.
£28,622 - £30,225 per annum, including high-cost area supplement.
