Job Title: Healthcare Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our healthcare administration team as a coordinator. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks and supporting healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for processing daily office routines, including checking voicemails, emails, reports, sorting documents, ordering stationery, equipment, and photocopying as needed.
  • Familiarity with Diagnostic/18-week RTT pathway is desirable.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Healthcare setting is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills to work effectively within a team environment.
Estimated Salary: £28,622 - £30,225 per annum, including high cost area.
