Job Overview

We require an experienced healthcare administrator with a good working knowledge of Systmone and exceptional communication skills. Key responsibilities include greeting patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records.

  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment diary effectively
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Maintain patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality
  • Process patient registrations, insurance forms, and payments
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

This is a temporary opportunity available immediately with a competitive hourly rate of £12.85 +.
