Job Title: Healthcare Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Administrator Assistant to join our team at Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital in South-West London.

This is a bank role, which means you will work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

The successful candidate will have great communication skills, IT proficiency, and experience working in healthcare administration or on reception.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Help patients feel comfortable when they visit our department
  2. Use empathy and customer service skills to build positive relationships
  3. Answer phone calls, handle enquiries, and book appointments
  4. Welcome patients in person, directing them to the appropriate rooms
  5. Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
  6. Prepare clinical paperwork, referral forms, charge sheets, and terms and conditions
