Healthcare Administrative Assistant for In-Patient Care

Join our dedicated team at St. Rocco's Hospice as a skilled Healthcare Administrative Assistant for our In-Patient service.
The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality administrative support, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional patient care.
Main Tasks:- Enter referrals into the patient administration system and facilitate effective communication among teams.
- Ensure accurate recording of statistical data onto SystmOne.
- Timely transcription of clinical letters, minutes, protocols, and correspondence.
A salary range of approximately £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
Annual holiday entitlement of 7 working weeks, inclusive of public holidays.
Pension scheme membership with a contributory element (NHS members can maintain their current scheme).
