Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatients Department at The London Clinic in Central London. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing team in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Care: Ensure the overall safety and care of patients, visitors, and staff in the clinical and consulting outpatient's rooms across multiple buildings.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing clinical rooms for procedures and helping staff with day-to-day duties.
  • Patient Engagement: Act as a chaperone during patient examinations and assist consultants with specific procedures, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Experience: Possess an NVQ in Care Level 3/4 or equivalent, along with previous experience working in an outpatient area within a hospital.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Hold a Care certificate or be working towards it, with IT skills and experience with Meditech being highly beneficial.
What We Offer
  • Salary Range: £28,229 - £30,267 per annum.
  • Benefits Package: Contributory pension scheme, private medical healthcare, 33 days' annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), season ticket travel loan, and family-friendly benefits.
