Job Description:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Primary Care Management Solutions Ltd. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and direct them to the correct area
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the relevant department
- Process personal, telephone, and e-requests for appointments
- Manage the practice appointment system and ensure it runs smoothly
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team
Requirements:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- GCSE Mathematics & English (C or above)
- AMSPAR Receptionists Qualification
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- Experience working on EMIS or System One
- Experience working with the general public
