A Complex Care Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Complex Healthcare Assistant to provide high-quality care for a 3-year-old client with complex healthcare needs in their home near Andover.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to the client
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility
  • Manage medication administration and seizure management
  • Engage in social interaction and play to promote emotional well-being
Clinical Experience Desired:
  • Personal care and mobility support
  • Medication administration and seizure management
  • Social interaction and play to promote emotional well-being
  • Oxygen level monitoring and saturation tracking
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the client with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility
  2. Manage medication administration, seizure management, and emergency medication as required
  3. Engage in social interaction and play with the client to promote emotional well-being
  4. Monitor oxygen levels and saturation as necessary
Working Arrangements:
  • 4 x 9 hour night shifts (days and times to be confirmed at interview)
  • 2 x 4 hour day shifts (days and times to be confirmed at interview)
  • Additional 6 hour shift per month (to be confirmed)

Salary:

Hourly Rate: £16.00

Total Estimated Salary: approximately £33,280 per annum based on full-time hours
