Job Description: Outreach Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced Outreach Support Worker to join our team at Vibrance, a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in the London and Essex area. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, designing personalised support plans, providing emotional support, and assisting with daily living tasks, admin tasks, or domestic tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining high standards of service delivery
  • Designing and implementing individualised support plans
  • Providing emotional support and assistance to clients
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, administrative tasks, or domestic tasks as required

The ideal candidate will possess a caring, patient nature, the ability to follow instructions, a willingness and desire to develop, and effective communication skills in written and spoken English. In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £23,177 per annum (£18,792 Pro Rata), a comprehensive training programme, generous holiday entitlement, pension scheme, and other benefits listed below.
