Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Care Support Coordinator to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Limited.

This rewarding role involves supporting residents in leading fulfilling lives through our Magic Moments programme, which encourages overall wellbeing through various activities that stimulate the mind, body, and soul.

The successful candidate will play a key role in helping residents meet their interests and needs, while accommodating varying levels of physical and mental ability.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess resident needs through meetings with residents, team members, and family members
  • Support providing stimulation and exercise tailored to individual needs through a varied activities programme
  • Build relationships with residents and families to gather life story information and develop care plans
  • Create personalised activities that engage residents and reflect their interests and hobbies
  • Develop community links and arrange trips and excursions to involve residents in activities outside the home

Earn an estimated £22,000 - 25,000 per year in this demanding yet highly rewarding role, depending on location and experience.
