Job Title: Adult Autism Support Worker

We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as an Adult Autism Support Worker. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with the people we support and their families.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  4. Administer medication and manage personal care tasks.
  5. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good general education.
  • Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion for making a difference.
  • Previous experience in social care (desirable).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
