About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Mental Health Support Specialist to join our Young People Mental Health service in Ealing. As a Specialist Support Worker with Look Ahead, you will play a vital role in supporting young people aged 18-25 who may have experienced a mental health-related hospital admission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support young people in identifying, planning, and achieving their goals
  • To develop relationships meaningful to the individuals we support
  • To provide a flexible and individually tailored support package

Our team works within a pair of 6-unit supported accommodation mental health rehab services, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for young people across London.

What We Offer

As a Specialist Support Worker with Look Ahead, you can expect a competitive salary of £28,500 per annum, working 40 hours per week. Our benefits package includes 25 days Annual Leave, pension schemes, staff discounts, healthcare, and career progression opportunities.
