At South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Mental Health Pharmacy Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated pharmacist to provide medicines optimisation services to our community mental health teams.

This role involves developing and implementing clinical pharmacy services aimed at reducing hospital admissions through effective medication management, improving patient satisfaction, and enhancing communication between secondary and primary care. As a Clinical Mental Health Pharmacy Specialist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the safe and appropriate use of medicines.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable hospital pharmacy experience, particularly in mental health pharmacy services. A Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification is essential, along with membership with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Post-graduate qualifications in clinical/mental health pharmacy or equivalent experience are also desirable.

This is a rotational position, and you will work across all our services, starting in our community services in Merton Borough. In exchange for your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from flexible working opportunities, including agile working and regular working from home arrangements.

We are proud to belong to a Trust that values its employees and offers a positive, welcoming environment for career development.
