About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an Adult Autism Support Worker. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with various needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the people we support and their families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Administer medication and manage personal care tasks.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
  • Good general education.
  • Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion for making a difference.
  • Previous experience in social care (desirable).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
