Job Description

Ackerman Pierce Ltd is recruiting an experienced Senior Autism Service Coordinator to lead their Adult Complex Autism Team in West London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee and manage the delivery of high-quality services to young adults with complex autism, focusing on individual choice, dignity, respect, equal access, and quality standards.
  • To develop and maintain policies, procedures, and protocols ensuring safe and efficient service delivery, both in-house and within the community.
  • To work closely with young people, families, and stakeholders to co-produce service development, promoting person-centered approaches and genuine engagement.
  • To manage a delegated budget effectively, maintaining accurate financial control systems and regular reporting.
  • To promote service delivery that meets the needs of young adults with complex autism, including individualized care plans and regular reviews.
Requirements:
  1. SWE Registration is mandatory for this role.
  2. At least 5 years of post-qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry is required.
  3. Managerial experience is essential for this position.
  4. An Enhanced DBS check is necessary, and eligibility to work in the UK is also required.
Salary and Benefits:
