Your Role as a Care Coordinator

As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our Autism Diagnostic Assessments service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing phone calls and emails from patients, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Supporting the development of new Care Coordinators as they join the team.
