As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our Autism Diagnostic Assessments service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing phone calls and emails from patients, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.
- Supporting the development of new Care Coordinators as they join the team.
We offer a competitive salary of £31,000 per annum, plus benefits including monthly staff wellbeing check-ins, annual salary reviews, and a unique benefits package.
