About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Therapist to join our Clinical Team at Kestrel House School in London.

The successful applicant will have a strong background in working with individuals with autism and complex needs, as well as experience in team management.

The role offers a chance to work collaboratively with the site's Senior Leadership team and the Locality Clinical Lead to achieve outstanding outcomes for our students.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the Clinical Team at Kestrel House School
  • Coordinate the line management of the onsite clinical team
  • Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students
  • Contribute to staff training and consultation
  • Work collaboratively with the site's Senior Leadership team and the Locality Clinical Lead

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (pro rata)
