We are seeking a highly skilled SEND Officer to coordinate statutory transition and annual review processes at Ambitious College.

This role involves planning, facilitating, tracking, quality assurance, follow-up, and reporting related to annual and transition reviews. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing a tracking system to monitor all aspects of the process and provide data required to report to relevant stakeholders.

The SEND Officer will be the single point of contact for annual and transition reviews, working closely with key stakeholders such as college staff, parents, learners, visitors, and local authorities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of providing high-quality administrative support.
  • Experience of working in a similar SEN organisation/school/college/charity environment.
  • Good knowledge of EHCPs and the SEND code of practice.
  • Knowledge of Data Protection, Equality & Diversity, and Health & Safety.
