Senior Autism Care Specialist

Neuro Spectroom, a pioneering social enterprise, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Autism Care Specialist to join our team. This challenging and rewarding role will require the successful candidate to oversee the delivery of high-quality online therapy services and support for autistic individuals.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a clinical leader with experience in providing counseling services to individuals on the autism spectrum. The successful candidate will play a critical role in guiding the development and implementation of our clinical programs, ensuring that our interventions are evidence-based and aligned with industry best practices.
- Clinical Leadership: Provide expert guidance to our team of therapists, overseeing the development and implementation of our counseling services on the online therapy section of our platform.
- Team Management and Supervision: Manage and supervise our team of therapists, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence in counseling practice.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality assurance systems to monitor and enhance the effectiveness and safety of our counseling services.
- Treatment Planning and Oversight: Oversee the development and implementation of individualised treatment plans for clients accessing our online therapy services.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess a clinical degree (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Social Work) and relevant professional licensure. You should also have extensive experience in providing counseling services, preferably with a focus on working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
