About the Role

Shire Healthcare is seeking a Senior Clinical Lead to oversee our autism and learning services in Norfolk, which have achieved a 'Good' rating from the CQC.

This leadership position involves heading a rehabilitation and low secure service catering to adults with learning disabilities, complex mental health needs including autism and personality disorder.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the hospital director, director of services, and medical director to ensure exceptional patient care experiences and outcomes.

The role entails developing multidisciplinary teams within the therapeutic service.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

This role requires a leader with prior experience in clinical settings and a deep understanding of learning disability services. Salary and Benefits
