Neuro Spectroom is a leading provider of online therapy services dedicated to delivering high-quality care for autistic clients and their families.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Clinical Leader to oversee our online therapy services. As the Senior Autism Services Director, you will provide clinical leadership, ensure quality interventions, and drive program development and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Provide expert clinical guidance, ensure evidence-based practices, and foster collaboration among therapists.
- Team Management and Supervision: Lead a team of therapists, promoting excellence in counseling practice and fostering collaboration.
- Quality Assurance: Establish systems to monitor and enhance the effectiveness and safety of counseling services.
- Treatment Planning and Oversight: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients accessing online therapy services.
- Compliance and Ethical Practices: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines governing counseling services.
Requirements:
- Clinical Degree and Licensure: Hold a clinical degree and relevant professional licensure.
- Clinical Experience: Possess extensive experience in providing counseling services, preferably with a focus on working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, inspiring and guiding a team of clinical professionals.
- Evidence-Based Interventions: Have a strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions for autistic individuals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
