Manager for Adults with Autism

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Manager to take on a senior leadership role and make a real difference to the lives of adults on the autism spectrum. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of our services, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and care.
Your main purpose will be to provide leadership and guidance to our staff, ensuring that they have the support and resources they need to deliver exceptional care and support services. You will also be responsible for identifying new business development opportunities, devising bespoke care packages for each client, and training relevant staff on how to implement care plans.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support services. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a pension scheme, refer-a-friend scheme, and mileage reimbursement.
