We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Manager to join our team at Robin Specialist Autism Service Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support services to adults on the autism spectrum.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of our services, ensuring that they are delivered in accordance with our strategic objectives, standards, and policies. This includes line managing front-line managers and office staff, as well as providing high-quality care and support services that enable clients to live the lives they choose.

You will be directly accountable for health and social care services regulations (Care Quality Commission) and adhering to our organisational policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include allocating resources, monitoring performance, and ensuring that our services are delivered within budget.

In addition to your management duties, you will also be responsible for developing and delivering bespoke personal care packages for each client, training relevant staff on how to implement care plans, and providing ongoing supervision and support.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a specialist training and development programme, health assured employee assistance programme, and long service awards.
