Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker for Young Adults with Autism to join our team at REESON Education in Hackney.

The successful candidate will work with young adults who have learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviors. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting individuals with autism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist pupils with their day-to-day needs in the classroom and community.
  • Provide support for social activities, connecting with family and friends.
  • Work as part of a class team in the classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Support Worker is preferred but not essential.
  • Able to commute easily to Hackney.
  • No visa restrictions and ability to work Monday to Friday, term time only.
